ACES Campus Store is located in the Pioneer Center on the Alfred Campus.

ACES is a not for profit corporation which runs most of the support services on campus including the Campus bookstores. There is a seperate bookstore for both the Alfred and Wellsville campuses.

Campus Spending Account (CSA)

Use your campus ID to purchase anything at either Campus Store, in most vending machines and laundry facilities. When you process your bill, a voluntary fee for CSA appears on your bill, you can choose an amount between $0 & $3,000.00. Balances are carried over from the Fall semester, any balances over $25.00 will be refunded in June. You can add $ to your account at anytime.

The quickest way to add $ to this account is to double click ACES or call (607)587-4108 and add $ with a credit card.

 At the start of each semester, new balances are not activated until the Saturday before classes begin.

 



Auxiliary Campus Enterprises and Services, Inc. (ACES) is a not-for-profit corporation that supports the mission of Alfred State College by providing dining services, campus bookstores, transportation and vending services to our student customers.

Students are encouraged to purchase their textbooks from the ACES Campus Store. For those students who decide to pruchase from other sources: WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PURCHASES MADE FROM OTHER SOURCES.
